Deposits
A 50% deposit of the total price is required within 5 days of making your reservation. The balance is due at the time of your departure from the Bighorn River View Lodge and Cabins.
Our receipt of your deposit implies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Payment
For deposits, we accept personal checks and money orders as when credit card is not present bank will charge me 9%. Therefore, deposits must be a check or money order.
When checking out, we accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cancellations
Any off-season cancellation within 30 days will result in a 100% charge.
During the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November NO cancellations will be allowed.
Parties who arrive with fewer members than are actually booked will be charged for the number of guests booked at the time of the reservation.
No adjustments will be made for early departures.
We depend on advance reservations and when you cancel your reservation with us, chances are we’ve already turned away others.
If any rental or loaner equipment is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to pay the full charges. If you borrow a guides’ rod and it breaks, it is your responsibility to pay the guide for repair or replacement.
Please consider trip cancellation insurance: We cannot make refunds due to medical, family or business emergencies or other unexpected events.
